This morning we brought Emma her favorite breakfast in bed which is homemade crepes, with real whipped cream, bacon and orange juice. She was so excited for her birthday that she woke up at 6:45am. We quickly sent her back to bed so we could finish her preparations. Eric made her a cute card and we were off to sing Happy Birthday to her.
She got a little bell to ring when she needed us. After breakfast she opened all of her presents. She got some violin books, a new black velvet, gold organza dress, a cupcake maker
and a new camera!!!! She was so happy!
She took her camera with her everywhere for the rest of the day. She loves taking pictures. Then we went as a family to see the new movie A Christmas Carol in IMAX 3D. It was pretty scary and not the best movie in our opinion. After the movie we took Emma shopping to spend the giftcards she had gotten at her birthday party. She bought a blue vest at Old Navy and the game Operation, a harmonica, and slime at Target. We came home started putting up the Christmas lights on the house while many friends and family called and sang Happy Birthday to her. We took Emma out to dinner to wherever she wanted to go with just mom and dad. She chose Olive Garden. We went and had a most delicious dinner and even they sung to her. She had on the biggest smile all day that let you know she knew she was very special. Happy Birthday Emma!!!!!
